Comcast Email is Not Sending

Email is not sending from my Comcast email account. I have tried on multiple devices to multiple receiver accounts. I have even tried forwarding an email. Nothing is going out.  I am receiving email, but it is not sending. This started yesterday (6/12/24).

Are you accessing your email on an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird?  Are you able to log in to the https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite website and send and receive?

No, I am logging in directly. I have tried on Google Chrome and Safari.

Are you getting any error messages?  If so, what are they?

No error messages. Nothing happens. It looks like it sends, but it just never appears in the receiver's inbox. I have tried sending to my other email personal email account, my work email account and friends' accounts.

I apologize that you are experiencing issues when sending emails. I can definitely look into this further for you @user_0p54c7! Please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.
