Comcast email issues again

Again comcast forced me to change my email password again after I reset a couple weeks ago this is very annoying and would like to speak to a representative or manager about this very annoying and I am growing very frustrated with comcast even thinking about getting a new email service.

As of just a few minutes ago my secondary account which I was trying to login into comcast xfinity has yet forced me to change the newly created password a few days ago here we go again and I"m grown very sick and tired of this nonsense as well the pressure annoyance of trying to access my email with login issues.  This email account which I use is a work related account for job alerts and emails from my employer Amazon.  I really need someone to look into this and fix the issue at hand or tell me what is going on.

Hey there, sorry for the frustrations. Please know this is for you account security. Xfinity was recently impacted by a data breach and the reset is a part of how we are mitigating any risk associated with that. Yet again I am forced again just now to change the password to my secondary account fredsjobsearch why does this continue to occur to me and my mom's email accounts I'm thinking of deleting my email accounts and going to another internet service provider for my emails.  XfinityAnthonyT this really unacceptable and we shouldn't be burden with these kind of login issues or getting access to our email accounts if this continue to occur more than once I will be forced to complain about this and move my emails to another provider like my AOL.
