Comcast email server is blocking my email accounts
Using my Samsung email app I cannot add my comcast.net email. I get a message saying my IP address is blocked by the email server. I was on with customer service for over 1 hr and could not stay on longer. PLEASE HELP.

Hello, @rdb3. Thanks for posting on our community forums for assistance. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you try rebooting your Samsung device? If you try accessing the Comcast email through a different device, or our Xfinity Website do you get the same error?
