Comcast email

My Comcast email is not working with Outlook.  I keep getting a window asking for my password.  I changed my password and checked box to allow 3rd party service with Outlook Microsoft Exachange 365 but my email is still not working.  I called tech support who confirmed all my IMAP/SMTP settings are correct and we ran "Repair" mulitple times, even removed my comcast email and readded it but nothing works.  

Please advise.

I too am having the same issue. Started several days ago. After multiple prompts of requesting password I get a server error indicating unable to sync folders. No problem getting email on iPhone or getting email through website. Contacted Comcast & Microsoft. Both said my outlook settings were correct. The issue was escalated to level three at Comcast. They are supposed to contact me this week with update and hopefully answer. Had been using this email for over 25 years. What a pain it would be to switch to another one like Gmail.
