Comcast imap email account not receiving emails from my .mac email account
My wife's imap Comcast email account is not receiving emails I'm sending from my .mac email account. My .mac email account is showing the emails successfully sent however they're not showing up on her Comcast account. We've had a number of issues with her not receiving emails on her Comcast accounts (she has 2). I was just using my .mac account to try to diagnose the problems but I can't get anything to show up on the Comcast side. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I should also mention that the emails she doesn't seem to be receiving do not seem to be limited to things from the .mac domain. She's had missing emails also from a number of other domains although we don't have the particulars about those other domains.

Hello @user_f44227, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear your wife is experiencing issues with her Xfinity email. To help troubleshoot, could you please check if the emails appear when logging in directly to https://www.xfinity.com/email? Also, has she recently changed her password? If so, ensure the updated password has been entered in any third-party email app she uses.
