Comcast is not available" error in iOS email app

Like many others, I am only able to connect to Comcast email intermittently (less available than not) and receive this message. I am running the latest OS on a iPhone 13 and have deleted and attempted to add my account several times without change. In searching other posting, I saw no “solution”. The Xfinity chat is useless. Please provide assistance.

One important thing to mention is first, you'll have to allow access to third-party programs in the Xfinity Email website, or you may get an error message when you try to set up your Comcast.net email.
