Comcast not delivering email
I have an @comcast.net email address. Comcast is not delivering all of my email to me. I have the spam filter turned off, so I should get every message sent to me, but I know that email messages are sent to me and I am not getting them. It is the important ones that I know I am not receiving, such as emails sent for 2 factor authentication for a website. I have checked my spam folder and junk folder and the messages are not there. I have checked my Comcast email directly on the Comcast website as well as thru my Apple email client and they are not on the website so I know the problem isn't my email client. I don't know what to do but I need to get these important emails. I am locked out of websites because of this.

PROBLEM:
Xfinity website has not received any email addressed to my Comcast email since 9/13/2024 except SPAM so neither have I. I do, however, get Spam delivered to this address everyday.
If I attempt to send email
-checked I get “incorrect username or password “ message.
ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE:
Obviously the problem is not my router
As the issue is the same with cellular service but I have:
-Reset my Router
-Changed my password 3 times & insured that keychain has the correct password and that chrome is not saving it
-Tried access from DuckDuckGo
-Restarted devices
-checked Spamhaus to determine if my IP address is blocked
-Spoken to two young ladies in the office
-Spoken to 2 nice people from India representing Xfinity on the phone.
No one seems to have a clue.
