Comcast Password being reset every 36-48 hours

Greetings,

I access Comcast email through 2 iphone 15s and Outlook on a Windows PC.  After about 2-3 days after a password reset, the mail will stop coming in, and i'll get an error on all 3 devices. When I attempt to login to xfinity.com, the password is incorrect.  So something is resetting my password every 2-3 days.  I've removed the mail account from both phones and the PC, cleaned cookies and cache, then re-added the account, logged in after resetting the password- received and sent mail- then 2-3 days later- the password fails again.  Any ideas?

Thanks

The https://haveibeenpwned.com/ website shows databases containing literally billions of email addresses have been breached just since 2018. Check and see if yours is listed.

We have 2FA setup on the account - so if an outside source was attempting to reset the password -we'd be notified by the request to the phone number on file.

We would be happy to look into your email concern @edgecon

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
