comcast The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them.

A few days ago I tried opening my email on the xfinity website and I was unable to open some photos I had sent to myself. When I looked a little longer I saw I had a email claiming I was hacked. I did not read the email closely and delted it.

Since then I have been unable to open my email on the website or from Outlook.

A similar situation happened in June without the ransonware hack. That time I deleted my email account and reinstalled it and that worked.

Now I get a message stating comcast

The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them.

Originally I tried changing the password, but kept getting similar error messages. At this point I don't know if I am locked out.

I even tried creating a new email account but get the same errors.

I run a windows 11 Pc on Edge. All aspects are up to date.
