comcast unavailable ipad

I was using the iPad mail app to access my Comcast email. Now I cannot download emails. I just get an error Comcast is currently unavailable.

  • I have tried removing and re-adding my comcast email.
  • I do not have a VPN on my iPad.

I am on iPadOS 17.3.1

If using the Apple mail app, we recommend ensuring that you have the latest updates with your iPad, mail app, and email settings in the actual phone.
