Unable to access my email, error message says email service provider is blocking my ip address. Says contact email service provider. Next to impossible to contact comcastvemail support

Assuming you mean Xfinity is blocking the ip address--------

Call Comcast security. They handle any blocking issues--------

Good afternoon user_1nin0z. I can certainly understand the importance of being able to access your email. We will be happy to assist you further. Did you have a chance to review the information @Latoque shared? Are you having trouble accessing your email directly on the Xfinity website? Or is this through a third-party application (ie: Mail for Apple, Outlook, Mail for Android, etc.)?
