Comcast.net email has disappeared
Help! My comcast.net email of 23 years has disappeared off of my phone, and I cannot access it on the Xfinity home page or the Xfinity app. Fortunately
I am still receiving it as my default email on my home computer, but can't take that with me to work or when I travel! Xfinity has been absolutely no help. I have
spent hours on chat, on the phone with techs, in the stores, and even had a tech to the house and everyone keeps passing the buck. Today I was given yet
another phone number to call for help. We have tried all the usual things, changing passwords, etc. When I click on check email I am directed to a page that
says "managing and using your Xfinity email". There is a link to connect.xfinity.com. When I click on the link, a space to enter my Xfinity ID and password pops up
and 95% of the time before I can enter anything, the page loops back to the 'managing and using...page". If I'm really fast and enter my info, an XFINITY CONNECT
box pops up with this message: 'a required service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. (SRV-0001)' Does anyone out there no more than Xfinity
about what is going on? I'm really frustrated with the shoulder shrugs and lack of accountability.
