Hello user_uevdn2 when attempting to sign into your comcast.net email, what error messages are you seeing? Are you having issues loggintino the main webpage at all?

@user_83js5o Welcome to our community forum. I use my Email every day so I'd be upset if I wasn't receiving mail. Are you accessing your Email from our website or from a third party Email? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Hi there, @user_fc1o5z! Are you getting any error messages? When was the last time you accessed this email address? Also, are you trying to log in using the web portal or a third party email client?

I'm having the same issues.  Then I got an email from comcast yesterday telling me that I have 90 days to save what I have under my comcast email because I've not used my account for 3 yrs.  I've been a comcast.net user for over 25.  I can't seem to get an resolution on this either.  And gmail is taking over and nothing is sync'd.  The password to my comcast keeps telling me it's wrong and the only password it will accept is the gmail account and it's blank.  I need resolution so hoping that something has been figured out w/this group here.
