Comcast.net email

My wife and I switched to Xfinity for home internet and cell phones.

We cant access rhe comcast.net email account/mailbox. Not through the Xfinity app or a browser on a laptop.

Tried setting up the mailbox in Outlook and yahoo Mail, still no access. Been back to the Xfinity store where we signed up 4 times, they are clueless.

Any help?

How long ago did you switch to Xfinity?  If it was after June 2025 you wouldn't have an email through Xfinity.

Now, if you have an email address and can't access it what error messages are you getting?

Are you able to access it here: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite  .  Have you cleared your cache and cookies?

Signed up 3 weeks ago. Have not been able to access the email, ever.

The link you gave brings me to a help page on the xfinity website, which is what I also get if I try to access the email on my laptop. I get an error page if I try on my phone through the Xfinity app.

As I said, if you signed up for internet after June 2025 you wouldn't have an @comcast.net email address because that's when they stopped issuing them for new customers.  You will, however, have Xfinity ID's, but no email to go with it.  You will need to subscribe to someplace like Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Outlook.com for an email address.  Sorry.

Well, then, the people at the Xfinity store where we signed up for home internet (and cell phone) have no idea what they're doing.

This is what I have on my Xfinity app (that the Xfinity employee entered into my account)

I'm afraid that's typical. In this case, the agents are almost a year and a half out of date.
