Comcast.net emails not synching with Outlook on PC and iPhone

For the last week my comcast.net emails will not synch with Outook on my PC and iPhone. Staff at the Xfinity store could not help saying it's an issue with the email conversion to Yahoo. When will this be resolved?

Hello @Pointer, the issue you are referring to is not a large scale issue. This is typically just a communication issue between your comcast.net email and yahoo. Have you attempted to sign out of the account on the third party outlook applications to hopefully clear up any configuration issues?

tiquer505 If you look in the upper right corner while in Outlook, you should see the option to 'Sign Out'.
