Is this email address legit?  I keep getting emails from this address telling me that my mailbox has reached 95% of quota.

All domains are supposed to have a postmaster alias, but if that is who it's from, and not spoofed is another question.

Is your mailbox full of mail?  Log into https://xfinity.com  From the drop down menu under the "person" icon in the upper right, check your email.  It will tell you how much space you have left.  I think the quota is 10G or so.  If your mailbox exceeds quota, you won't be able to get any more mail.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_4dka1y. If you are still needing any assistance with an email problem you can reach out to us here. @flatlander3 was correct on the steps to check on that through that website.

I can find "Email Usage" by clicking the Email Settings gear icon in webmail on my desktop computer, but I can't find it anywhere in a browser on my Android phone. Is Email Usage available in a browser on mobile devices? Am I looking in the wrong place?

@BruceW  You can't see email data used/remaining up on iPhone either.  Looks like it's not available for mobile browsers.  Going to have to use a desktop OS of some kind apparently.
