Thanks for reaching out to us, do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with sending or receiving emails. Have you tried logging into your account and resetting your password.

 

Also how are you accessing your e-mail,  are you going to the third party app or are you going to our Xfinity website https://login.xfinity.com/login ?

Xfinity email is migrating to Yahoo mail, when you were receiving emails did you happen to get a notification of the migration, and start the migration process?
