Could you tell me if you are accessing your email directly from the Xfinity email site or using a 3rd party email platform? Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to log in if you are logging in directly on our site?

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite <----- try here. If you're a new customer, however, that won't help since new customers won't have an email address only an XfinityID.
