Comcast/Xfinity email address

I've searched everywhere, and it seems as if Comcast/Xfinity doesn't have an email address that I can use to get help with an issue.  I tried chat, but that didn't work out well at all.  I would like to email my chat transcript to someone who can take action on my issue, instead of having agents continuously apologize and tell me not to worry.  I am so close to switching to FIOS, but I want to give them one last chance to help me.  I have no interest in calling, because it's the same agents on the other end of the line, who cannot help.

There isn't an email address you can use to get help.  However we can help you here.  Do not post your transcript but tell us what the problem is and you might be contacted by an employee.
