You can find instructions for changing your account password here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password and secondary profiles here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-secondary-password. The reason I am suggesting this option is that as of June 3rd, 2024 Xfinity no longer offers new email addressses, once deleted it would be gone forever. If you would still like to delete the email account these are the steps to follow:
After signing in, navigate to the “My Account” section.
You can find this option by clicking on your name or profile icon in the upper right corner and selecting “My Account” from the dropdown menu.
Manage Email Accounts:
In the My Account section, look for the “Users” or “Settings” tab.
Select the “Users” option to manage the different users associated with your account.
Select the Email Account to Delete:
Identify the email account you want to delete.
Click on the username or email address of the account you wish to remove.
Delete the Email Account:
You may see an option to “Remove User” or “Delete Account.”
Confirm that you want to delete the account. This may involve entering your password again for security purposes.
Follow any additional prompts to complete the process.
Confirm Deletion:
After following the prompts, confirm that the account has been deleted. You may need to check your primary email or account for a confirmation message.
