Connection refused to pop3.comcast.net
Starting last night (the evening of August 26th), when I check mail through thunderbird, I get a connection refused message to pop3.comcast.net. Sometimes I get a connection reset message. The problem is still going on now.
I double checked my settings based on these articles:

I am using the settings mentioned in the article. I have third party e-mail access enabled.
