Delayed 2FA emails

2FA Emails sent from online sources containing a digit-code to complete the transaction DO NOT arrive in my INBOX before the five or ten 2FA timer expires. A most frustrating occurence from someone who works from home and pays for your highest speed of service.

user_ou6xhk Welcome to our community forum! I know how important it is to receive Emails in a timely manner so let's figure out how to fix this together. Are you accessing your Xfinity Email from our website or from a third party Email service? When you sign into our Email site and click the gear in the upper right hand corner of your screen, you will see your Email settings.
Click Basic Settings.
Make sure time zone is accurate and Refresh Interval is set to "5 minutes"
