Delete a secondary email

I have an email address with multiple breaches, and I want to delete it altogether. When I try to, I am not allowed to do so without canceling automatic payments associated with it. As it is a secondary account, I should not be required to do this. If I cancel the autopay, it tells me I will lose my discount. This should be a simple thing to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
