Do you mean your email address? Have you been checking your email in a third party email app? You need to log in to webmail periodically in order to keep your email address "alive". Personally I suggest every 90 days but I think Comcast says every 9 months. So, if you're not able to access it through https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite then I suggest calling Customer Security Assurance.
