direct messaging

Added contacts to the address book via import from a csv file. The addresses appear in the address book but I can not retrieve the contact to send an email. I have to type in the address in the To field. It is as if the contacts do not exist, they can not be added to a group...help very frustrating. The only contacts that are problematic were added via the import. Further, there are a few duplicates that I can not delete...help

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.
 
Please post your issue in public in the proper forum so that it can be addressed either by other customers or by an Official Employee.
