Disappearing Emails once opened

Every email disappears after I open it. It's nowhere to be found. It's not in the trash, no other folder, just gone! This has been going on for about 10 days. I use Chrome on my laptop, through Xfinity's web page. I need help, please.

Thanks for any ideas.

Hi, the method didn't recover them. This is the strangest thing I have ever seen. Just this morning, I opened the USPS mail digest to see what was to be delivered today. I opened the email, and it disappeared. I don't touch anything; they just vanish. Something has to be wrong; I just don't know what it could be.

I would appreciate any help! Please.

I corresponded with the help side, but still no answers. I can't be the only one that this is happening to. I installed Thunderbird, and magically, they don't disappear there. So, there is some issue with Comcast email and auto-deletion after opening an email.

user_54cd02 Thanks for the update. I'm glad Thunderbird is working for you. It sounds like this is only happening through our Xfinity Website. Did you get a chance to send us a DM for assistance? We'd like to help report this.
