Disappearing Emails

Woke up one morning to find all emails between 7/31/25 and that morning - 8/19/25 - had disappeared - without me deleting and having viewed them the night before.  Checked with Customer Service multiple times - they sent me a restore folder (that contained emails I did delete, but not the ones that I didn't and were missing) but no help after that.  Noticed on a previous post that this has happened before and it was most likely an Xfinity server issue.  Thoughts?

Good Morning. @user_t1draz I'm very sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your emails. Since it's been a few days since you last post, were you able to recover the missing emails?-Richard

I’ve checked the restore folder sent on 8/21 multiple times - it only contains emails I purposely deleted to create more space, not the emails I didn’t delete but have disappeared

I’ve tried both ways - through the Xifinity App/website, third -party…. No luck with either.
