"Don't ask again in this browser" is neutered in 2FA
EVERY time I am asked to "verify", I check the "Don't ask again in this browser" button, but with rare exception, the next time I login, I am asked again. Why is this button present if it is routinely ignored? On the other hand, if it's a bug -- why, why, why does Comcast KEEP [Edited: "Language"] THIS UP???
Turning off 2FA is not an option. My account was hacked a couple of years ago.

Hey @arby1222! That is usually connected to your cookies. If you clear your cookies, use a software that clears your cookies or blocks them, or have you browser automatically clear your cookies when exit out, this could be causing your issue. If you use software you may have to tell it not to delete the xfinity cookies or create an exception.

Hey there, @arby1222! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the Don't ask again feature not staying with the 2FA authentication. Is this happening with all browsers or is it a specific browser that you are using that it happens with?

For cookie settings, I use the defaults on both Firefox and Chrome. If, by third party cookies, you mean advertising cookies, I turned those off a while ago. I wouldn't know how to turn them back on (and I'm not at all sure I'd want to).
As I previously advised, I don't clear cookies.
What you have (rather disingenuously) failed to note is that YOU (your website) are the common denominator. All the data indicates that this is YOUR problem. Stop fooling around and TELL YOUR PROGRAMMERS TO FIX IT!!!
