I have Xfinity e-mails archived in folders. How do I download an entire folder?
If you are downloading from https://connect.xfinity.com they don't provide a way to download an entire folder. Instead you'd have to:
download the emails one at a time. Each message will be saved as an *.eml file, or
select all the messages in a folder, and then from the "More actions" hamburger menu at the top center of that page, select "Save as file". The selected files will be downloaded as a *.zip file. When the contents are extracted there will be one *.eml file for each email.
The .eml files can be viewed with a text editor, but won't look much like emails unless opened in an email program or app like Thunderbird or similar, or any other capable of opening *.eml files.

I can certainly understand wanting to keep a backup of your archived emails and folders, and I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction. @BruceW provided some great steps to get your emails downloaded one by one. Thanks. Downloading that way approaches being adequate. But it's a real [Edited: "Profanity"] to select all e-mails in a folder. You can't do that all at once. You have to scroll through all of them page by page in order to select all of them.

On a Windows or Mac desktop or laptop you can:
Check the selection box next to the first message
Scroll-scroll-scroll to the last message
While holding down the Shift key, check the selection box next to the last message. All the items in between will be selected as well, even if they are on different "pages".
Proceed to "More actions" / "Save as file".
To select multiple items in any order, hold Ctrl ("Command" on a Mac), then select each item.
If there is a way to do this on a phone or tablet, I do not know what it is.
