downloads

When I download a document from an email, it does not show on the right side of the screen so I can open it.

What happened?

Good Morning, @ericsmom! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! That is certainly strange, when you attempt to click on the downloads in your browser does the document show there? Or is it not showing at all?

It shows as it's downloading, and I can click on it when it's ready. However, previously, a sidebar displayed after the initial download showing the last few downloads.  It stayed there  until either I clicked the 'x" in the right hand corner to close it or when I signed out of Xfinity.

@ericsmom Just to clarify, are you using Chrome and it's the download notification from the web browser that is missing?

No, I use Edge.  I can find the download in my harddrive

I guess that it's the web browser notification; I'm not sure.  It always showed up in my xfinity email window
