Drag and Drop attachment to email messages

Starting in the past week, I am unable to attach files to emails using drag and drop, which I previously could do.  When I drag a file over the message, the usual "Drop attachments here" box appears as before.  But when I then "drop" the file there, nothing happens.  The other route of going to the paperclip then browing to the file does work, but is somewhat tedious.   I access email using webmail on a Chrome browser:  https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX

Thanks

Hello @tcd660. Please try resetting your password, then clearing your cache and cookies from your web browser.

Glad to see this fix, but I'm old and slow.  There is plenty of room here for you to give specific guidance to "reset your password" and "clearing your cache and cookies from your browser."  I used Safari.  My Mac click and dragged three photos, then refused to drag another. It only selected the photo, wouldn't drag it.  Can you reply directly to benburb

We can only reply to your Forum username.

On all emails there is a 25MB limit, which includes headers, Subject line, and anything you put in the Body of the message, like photos.  You probably exceeded that limit.
