Dump pops up on email login screen and freezes

I am trying to log in on my computer to check email, and whatever Xumo is, it freezes on “cookie preferences” and goes no further than this blank screen. 

• Clear your cookies and cache
• Sign out of your account
• Close your browser
• Start a new session
• Go to  https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite  to access your email
