E mail help

I get emails daily from tinybeans.net. In the iPhone mail app I can view the attached images. In Comcast mail app no images show and I can’t figure out how to view them. I googled and there were suggestions but haven’t found a solution. ( there is no paper clip logo or any other thing to click on)

Hey there, @kennyd, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your email account. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting. Are you only having issues with the app or on the website as well?

Hi Jeniece Thanks for your help on this

to recap-On the xfinity mail app on our iphones the images don't show. On the xfinity mail site on our computers the images do show. On the the apple mail app on our iphones the images do show. I've had a short email conversation with Tinybeans. They wanted to see the email without the images. When I hit the forward arrow all the images showed!! When I cancelled they resumed not showing. A mystery for sure! In the email settings under spam filtering I changed to the override setting to experiment. When I did this the Tinybeans daily email went in the trash! I changed the setting back! This is all just a minor inconvenience as my wife has the Tinybeans app also and I use the the Apple mail to view the daily emails. Any thoughts? Regards Kenny

Thank you for the details, it is helpful. I understand these are mainly minor inconveniences; but we don't like for our customers to have any inconveniences, minor or otherwise. I am not saying you need to(at least not yet), but have you migrated your email from Comcast to Yahoo? I'm just looking at any possible scenarios.

Thanks for your help Jeff

This was the first I've heard about the upcoming migration! I did some searching and read all about it. I'll probably hold off for now. I hope this won't be a difficult move-esp involving ios mail. The instructions seemed pretty clear. So xfinity has not sent out any messages yet, waiting until particular accounts are affected? Regards Kenny
