E mail not working correctly

On Saturday, my email account deleted 8 months worth of flagged emails.  I can’t find or recover them.  Also, I’m unable to forward an email.  Anyone else experiencing issues like this??

Is your mailbox full?  Have you checked on the website if you are able to forward an email?

Customer Security Assurance might be able to recover your email.  FYI, periodically log in to the website in order to keep your email "live".

@user_86jxyn Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand the frustration if you've lost important emails! Our team will do everything we can to help you in seeing if it is possible to restore the emails.  Can you tell me if you are using a third party email client such as Outlook or Apple Mail? Have you tried logging in directly via our webmail?
