Good morning @user_qm399f. Are the eBill notifications being sent to your spam folder?

@user_qm399f Thank you for checking the spam folder for those missing emails. Can you tell me how you are accessing your email? Is it with a third party email client, Yahoo mail, or our webmail client?

I check email via Outlook and Comcast email online.  The problem is not on my end. Once again, the Comcast email filter is blocking emails from the Highmark BC/BS email address I provided in my original post.  Please have the Comcast Admin team fix this issue.

user_qm399f, I would recommend that you reach out to our Customer Security Assurance team to see if they can find the cause of this being blocked. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do once you make contact with them. Here is the link to reach them: https://spa.xfinity.com/help
