Hi there, @shastdee! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community Forum! Are you talking about via our web based email application at connect.xfinity.com? If so, if you click the settings button (gear icon in the upper right corner), go to "compose" under the "Mail" heading on the left of the screen, you should see settings for "Default font style". This is where you can change the font, size and color! You can explore the other settings available by checking out this link : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-connect-advanced-features-new-experience
But unless the device screen is very large, you are likely to find the page difficult to use in "Desktop site" mode.
Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.

On a desktop or laptop you can select the "hamburger" icon in the https://connect.xfinity.com Compose editor and switch between "HTML" and "Plain text" there. The same page when viewed using a phone or tablet does not appear to support the formatting options you are asking about. You can use them if you switch the browser the device is using to "Desktop site" mode (see the image posted in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/filter-rules-option/625d7d37ee0ef23e526259d7?commentId=6266e72e36b3dc41e2a6c117 for an example using Chrome on an Android phone).
