I am using Windows 11. Why do I keep getting a message in MS Outlook to "Enter your username and password for the following server imap.comcast.net." Then I received a 1014 message. I tried re-entering my password, which did not work. I am at a loss. Please advise. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

@user_d2wg76 Customers who are having issues getting access into their Comcast email addresses from 3rd party clients are advised to reset their Xfinity ID password that is associated with their email account. You can reset your Xfinity ID password at xfinity.com/password
