i try to log in via my Mobil device and also outlook and i cant sent email out
If you can't send or receive email because your account is full, you will need to delete a lot of email. You should do that on the website, but you can also do it through Outlook. Using the website you'd be able to see how much space you're freeing up.
Hi user_cbqxvd! Are you having trouble accessing your email through the Xfinity website or through a third party client such as Outlook, or are you getting an error when trying to log in?
