If you can't send or receive email because your account is full, you will need to delete a lot of email.  You should do that on the website, but you can also do it through Outlook.  Using the website you'd be able to see how much space you're freeing up.

If you are already an Xfinity customer, all you need do is sign in to your account.

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite is where you go for email.
