Email access support

I cannot access either of 2 email accounts with xfinity, directly on xfinity.com or within the xfinity app.  Error messages received are: "Mail server denies access" and "Invalide sieve credentials".

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do apologize for any inconvenience you're having accessing your Xfinity e-mail through our website or through the Xfinity app.

 

I recommend resetting your password https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password to see if that regains your access to your e-mail account.

 

The link I provided above gives instructions on how to go through that password reset process. Let me know if resetting the password fixed the issue you're having accessing your e-mai.

@XfinityOrlandoM​  Hello and thank you for this suggestion.  I've reset my password and still cannot access either of 2 email accounts with xfinity, directly on xfinity.com or within the xfinity app.  Error messages received are the same: "Mail server denies access" and "Invalide sieve credentials".

    • Click "Sign In" if necessary
    • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
    • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
    • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
