email access

i cannot access my comcast email via 3rd party app on my phone. i have tried Bluemail and GMail with no success. But I can log into it with no problem on the Xfinity website.

I get the error message  - Sync failed, your username or password may be incorrect (3010) Email server returned: "AUTH] Authentication failed"

user_44b5t1 Thank you so much for making a post for help with accessing your email through a 3rd part platform. There are a few things I would recommend to check firstly you have the option enabled to share your email with a 3rd party.  Then there are settings when setting up your Xfinity email address with your other email provider you need to make sure is correct.
