Email access
I haven't had xFinity service for a few years now, but I kept my email account and use it daily. Around Aug. 7, 2025, I received a message that said something like I needed to log into my account again and change my password. I wasn't sure if this was real or not but I stopped receiving or being able to send emails as of Aug 7. I finally did log out and changed my password. I'm still not receiving or able to send emails. I use a laptop and an Android phone that are synced. Any suggestions?
