email account missing
My secondary email account is missing when I log into Xfinity. I need to change the password because Apple Mail is asking me to verify the password, however it is not listed as an email address on the Xfinity page. I'm stuck here and would appreciate any help/guidance. Not sure if my secondary account has been hacked. I've had this email for probably 20 years and have never had apple mail ask me for the password.

You might want to call Comcast's CSA (Customer Security Assurance). You can contact that team by contacting our 1-800-Xfinity and then that team can connect you over regarding your email concerns.-Richard
