email account
I stopped receiving emails in my Comcast account a while back, no explanation. Nothing else strange happening (e.g. no identity theft, etc.) but still wondering if this could be hacker/fraudster activity or another kind of problem (perhaps exceeding storage space). Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? I am not technical AT ALL.

Can you sign into the account and send emails? Are you using only the webmail interface and a browser to access it? What happens if you send a test email to the account from some other email account you have like Gmail or Yahoo, etc? Does it go through OK?

I received an initial email from Xfinity indicating my password was reset, followed by an immediate email that my password needed to be reset. I reset it on Xfinity, which necessitated a reset for my iPhone and desktop Outlook. While I can access email via Xfinity website, neither my iPhone mail app (Comcast) nor my desktop Outlook recognize the updated password. Frustrating!
