can log into my Comcast webmail, and all my old email is there. I changed my password today. I can send a message to myself and it arrives, but two different people have sent test messages to my Comcast address and neither one arrives. Third Party Access Security is enabled. Please check my account for an inbound mail delivery or security block.”

@tadacious Once logged in on the webmail page there are a few things to check.

  1. Your Spam or Junk folder: Sometimes, legitimate emails can mistakenly end up there. Please take a look to see if any of your missing emails are there.
  2. Your Filters: It's possible that a filter might have been accidentally created that's directing incoming emails elsewhere or even deleting them. You can usually find your email filters in the settings or options menu of the Xfinity Connect website.
  3. Your Blocked Senders list: Please check your blocked sender list to ensure that none of the senders you're expecting emails from have been accidentally added.

If you are still having issues after checking these then you will want to open a ticket at spa.xfinity.com/help under the postmaster option > scroll to the bottom of the page and click report and issue. Then fill in any relevant information. This will go to our Customer Security Assurance team to look into. They handle a majority of issues with emails or specific senders.
