the email address ive had for years, no longer works. I cannot get anyone on the phone to discuss this, so ill try the DM thing...not holding my breath.... highly dissapointed, and frustrated

How are you accessing your email?  Exactly what happens when you try to sign into it?

im accessing it through my gmail account. But even when i go onto the xfinity website, there is no option to check email either...well there is a option too, but when i click on it, it brings me to the "support" page.
