My husband and I share the same email address but Social Security says we can no longer do that.  How do I create an additional email address for our account?

As of June 3, 2024, customers will no longer be able to create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information

 

Your current email address will not be affected, but if you need to create a new email account for Social Security, you will need to use a third-party service like Gmail or Outlook (formerly Hotmail). Once your new email has been established, the primary user can log to your Xfinity account in and send an invitation to the new email address, so you can both access and manage the account.
