Email Apple Mail

I’ve keep getting the temporarily blacklisted IP address when trying to use my comcast email with apple mail. I’ve reset the network on my iPhone and that corrected the problem for about 30 min til it kept asking for my IMAP password again. Which is correct and confirmed when logging onto my email

through the xfinity website. What do I do now?

Hello, @user_pnv233 thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand needing access to your email on the device of your choosing, and wanted to see if you're still experiencing issues when trying to access your email through Apple mail. I checked our engineer board and don't see any open tickets related to Apple/3rd party client email, and appreciate the update you've checked that you can log in here: https://www.xfinity.com/email

From experience, when working with customers who have reported similar issues here are a few things that have helped:

- Check if your device or mail App (if using an APP) needs an update.
- Confirm 3rd party access wasn't turned off: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access

- Deleting and reset up your 3rd party email client: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email

If you're still experiencing issues please let me know, I'd like to investigate further.
