user_9s68wt Are you a current Xfintiy customer? Blacklisted emails are usually tied with spam emails. What emails are having this issue?

@XfinityShawn I am an xfinity customer for over 40 yrs .. It has nothing to do with Spam and it affects all regular emails that I have been getting usually.  I have tried a trick which sometimes works -- I go to settings and erase the password and then put in a fake password which it rejects.  Then I go back in there and remove the fake password and put in the real password.  Then after authentication (sometimes it takes time), I go to the email client and i can get all the backed up emails.   If it sometimes prompts for password again there, then after putting in the password it works.  If I do not do anything, in the settings the even after a week it does not work.

user_9s68wt Thank you for the update, it's most helpful! Sometimes to toggle your Xfinity account off, and then back on helps. Have you had a chance to check your settings?
