Can you please tell me a little more about what's happening? You mentioned your IP address was being blocked. Is it being blocked by an email program when you try to set it up or log in, or are your outgoing emails being blocked when you try to send a message? Is this happening on multiple devices?
It is not the email program, it was the IP address. No other email addresses were affected, only the Xfinity emails. No idea what it was being blocked nor was there an error code of any kind. It was happening on all devices. The issue has since been resolved as soon as the Xfinify rep I spoke with did whatever she needed to do to clear the block on Xfinity's end.

I am still having the same problem- My IP is blocked on my iPhone (iOS 26.1) as stated on my two Comcast email accounts. I have gone to the web email and made sure third party is checked- still no luck. As everyone else - if I turn off wifi and use cellular - no problems.
Not working in iPhone Outlook and Edison email app. Works with all other emails
