I appreciate the information you provided in regard to the rejected message being received. Are there any other error messages or codes associated: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-errors
Have you checked to see if the 3rd party access had been disabled: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access , or any changes to the 3rd party client settings: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email
